Refunds & Return Policy

Evolved Solace Consulting values your satisfaction and offers you returns within thirty (30) days after the estimated delivery date on most items. All returned items must be in the original condition and should be unused with sealed components, where applicable.

If you have an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged shipment, please contact our team at consultus@evolvedsolace.com before proceeding with the return. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee and/or return shipping fee for any return/refund that is not the result of our error. Shipping and processing fees previously paid by you are all non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
